We ship only within the Netherlands. Shipping cost is fixed as € 6,54.

- Netherlands: 3-5 business days
Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier issues or holidays. Ederlezi is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers
🔄 Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to all unused and undamaged items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Procedure:
- Registered users: please log in to your account and click refund button in your orders page “Terugbetaling aanvragen” op je bestellingenpagina.
- Guest users: You can still shop without registering, but for return or refund requests, please contact us at info@ederlezi.nl.
Return procedure for guest users:
- Email us at info@ederlezi.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us. Keep your proof of shipment.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
